At the end of each chapter, the book asks you to Join the Conversation!  We offered a few provocative questions, and we've enjoyed the conversations that resulted on our blog (no longer available). 

We've all been on a journey to explore the possibilities that social media brings to our organizations.  We've learned a lot in the past few years, and we continue to learn together.  

We hope the conversation continues in your many communities.  We must help each other discover how to tap the ideas, insights, and wisdom of each individual.  As we experiment and implement, we will learn, and we will improve  our methods, tools, and approaches.
